Impact = an effect or influence produced by one thing coming into contact with another.
Impact begins with “I.” Not I in the sense of ego or self-importance, but personal responsibility:

I will serve. I will show up. I will make a difference. I will notice people. I will use my gifts.I will help carry the mission. I will have an IMPACT.

We don’t impact people from a distance. We impact them when we meet them, greet them, serve them, teach their children, pray with them, worship beside them, help them find a seat, answer their questions, and make them feel seen.
